Updated Opening Hours (1)
Since the beginning of COVID there have been considerable changes to the financial landscape, even within Thomastown. The remaining bank has closed and the Post Office handles some of the banks services. We have seen a huge increase of members transacting online, over 75% of our transactions are now online and as a result the number of members coming into the Credit Union has fallen. We facilitate remote managing of finances through setting up of incoming standing orders, taking lasers lodgements over the phone, our online platform CU Online & via our mobile App. We now find we need extra back-office staff hours to manage this transition.
We wish to assure you that we will continue to serve your local needs with the existing services. We will encourage and facilitate but never pressure anyone to take on electronic services. We will continue to value contact with our members. In reality, most members do a mixture of physical and electronic transactions.
Will the level of footfall reducing, we have decided to operate 5 days a week Monday to Friday from Monday 17th of October. We know this will inconvenience some of you and for this we are sorry. We hope the services we offer will enable you to work with us in moving with this change going forward.

Friday- 10.00am-12.30pm & 2.00pm-4.00pm
